Highland Hospital is proud to support WV Health Right and their upcoming fundraising event ‘Food, Wine & Musical Tour of America’.
The event is set for October 2, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Beni Kedem.
This year’s event will honor Dr. Clark Adkins as the ‘Volunteer of the Year’.
Guests will enjoy a variety of passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails during the silent auction before being seated for a five course meal that will feature classic U.S. regional favorites paired with West Virginia wines. Throughout the evening, Charleston’s own renowned bass guitarist, John Inghram, and his Slugfest Band will provide the musical portion of the evening’s tour which will feature musical genres including New Orleans Jazz, New York City Salsa/Latin, Western Swing, Soul/Funk, and Country Rock.
All inclusive vacation packages to destinations throughout the country will be available during the live auction portion of the evening, featuring trips to the Napa wine country, Orlando’s Disney World, New Orleans, New York City, Scottsdale, Arizona, and many other areas. Works by renowned local artists will also be up for bid in the live auction. In addition, our famous silent auction will be presented again this year. As an added bonus, everyone in attendance will be entered into a drawing to win a free 2 night stay at The Greenbrier!
Tickets are $100 each or $750 for a table of eight.
